FACEBOOK UPDATE

There are currently 55 - 60 classmates out on Facebook.  I am sure that after our reunion weekend that Facebook will be flooded with pictures from the Golf Tourney, The Pump House, Fall Festival, and the Venue - so if you haven’t signed up do so.  It will be a great way to stay in contact with all your friends from the Class of 1988 and make planning the next reunion a piece of cake!!

Activities Planned for the Reunion Weekend

 

 

Friday, September 19th -

• 9:00 am - Golf Tourney at Echo Hills - Contact Jason Marshall at jmarshall19@att.net if you are interested.
• 7:30 pm - The Pump House - 825 East 2nd Street North - Wichita - Come and join your classmates for some social time.

Saturday, September 20th -

• Morning and Afternoon - Fall Festival - Parade at 10 am
• 6:00 pm - The Venue - downtown Valley Center - Dinner catered by Sweet Basil and music provided by The Naughty Astronauts - Casual Dress. The Venue is the old Christian Church on the corner of Main and Park, best parking option will probably be the old Leeker’s on Main.

 ECHO HILLS GOLF TOURNEY - Andy Schaar has stepped up to help organize a FUN golf tourney on Friday AM.  An early estimate is $33 (Green Fee + Cart) per person with a start time of 9 AM.  We need everyone to show up by 8:30 AM in order to finalize teams and prepare for some hacking, I mean golf! 

We will divide up into foursomes for a simple tourney format.  We are going to start looking for some donations for some prizes - but dont expect much! 

 ps.  I do think babysitting options will be limited as this will be a school day for the local families in the area.  I assume the parents may skip work to golf of course
